The role of the Estimator Windows, Doors & Glazing Systems will involve:
- Producing tenders, negotiation, providing assistance and covering enquiries.
- Assisting on a range of commercial and new build projects.
- Taking enquiries from clients over the phone and email.
- Offering technical guidance and advice to clients.
- Analysing drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of projects.
- Writing up quotes on the back of enquiries and discussing the quote with the client.
- Building and developing relationships with clients throughout the process to encourage repeat business.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Estimating experience within the fenestration market sector.
- Experience in secondary glazing, primary glazing, glass, glazing, windows, doors, fenestration market sector is highly advantageous.
- A good understanding of technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to build and develop relationships.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
