The role of the Business Development Manager – Flat Roof Insulation will involve:
- Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation
- 70% of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers
- The remaining 30% will be spent selling to roofing main & sub-contractors and roofing distributors such as; Encon, Minster and SIG
- Inheriting a territory currently turning over £1.5m
- Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education etc
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Flat Roof Insulation with:
- Must have field sales experience in the building envelope, waterproofing, flat roofing, insulation or facades sectors
- Ideally sold to flat roofing manufacturers however not essential
- IT literate
