The role of the Project Manager Retail Fit-Out will involve but not limited to:

  • Managing and delivering retail fit-out and commercial projects nationally.
  • Managing multiple retail fit-out and commercial interior projects from design and tender stage through to completion and final account agreement.
  • Reviewing architectural drawings, preparing scopes of work and specifications, and managing tender processes to ensure projects are commercially viable.
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Regular site visits across the UK to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance.
  • Project documentation, handovers and regulatory compliance while supporting the Managing Director with project delivery and business growth initiatives.

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Retail Fit-Out with:

  • Extensive Project Management or Contract Management experience within one of the following: commercial fit-out, interiors, design & build, hospitality fit-out, shop fitting or closely related sector.
  • Highly advantageous to have a related degree; (construction, architecture, interior design).
  • Excellent understanding of up-to-date building regulations.
  • Able to successfully manage and deliver for multiple projects at one time.
  • Communication skills across all levels both written and verbal.
  • Good telephone manner and high attention to detail.
