Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000 + overtime

The role of the Installations Manager – Fire Stopping will involve:
·Installations Manager position dealing with the installation, inspection and technical assurance of fire-rated sealing barriers
·Overseeing a team delivering the installation of passive fire protection systems, including fire stopping, cable transits and service penetration seals
·Ensuring all installations comply with project specifications, fire safety regulations and third-party certification requirements
·Coordinating labour, materials, site programmes and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
·Maintaining site safety, RAMS, quality inspections and installation records, ensuring all works meet required standards
The ideal applicant will be Installations Manager – Fire Stopping with:
·Must xgikmsk have experience as an Installations Manager or Site Manager or Project Manager within construction
·Ideally will have experience dealing with passive fire systems such as, fire doors, fire barriers, intumescent coatings, fire rated compounds
·At least a CSCS blue card
·Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
·IT literate (Microsoft Office)
