Area to be covered: National (ideally based South East / Northern Home Counties).

The role will involve:

  • Technical field sales position selling a high end quality manufactured range of architectural stone & precast concrete products.
  • Generating specifications and selling via architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contractors, sub-contractors & installers.
  • Dealing with order values ranging from around £50k - £1m.
  • Majority of projects will be based around the South East, East Midlands area.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Construction sales experience dealing with similar products such as precast, architectural stone, facades, masonry support, landscaping products, concrete, heavyside etc.
  • Relationships with architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contractors, sub-contractors & installers.
  • Consideration may be given to a contractor rep with previous specification exposure.
