The role of the Estimator – Flat Roofing will involve:
·Estimator position promoting a range of commercial/industrial refurbishments & roofing projects
·Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
·Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.
·Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
·Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
·Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards. xiskglj
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Flat Roofing will with:
·Must have extensive experience as an Estimator within a main contractor
·Ideally have experience with flat roofing systems, refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial projects
·Would be open to a junior who's looking to get a foot in the door within the flat roofing industry
·Proven experience pricing construction projects and preparing tender submissions.
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Strong character that's not afraid to help the team when necessary
·IT literate
