The role of the Regional Sales Manager Building Envelope Systems will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of thermal insulation, acoustic flooring, membranes and gas protection products
- All of your time will be spent selling to a mixed route to market via: consulting engineers, builders merchants, merchants, distributors, stockists, housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, contractors
- Will deal with architects and specifiers however a much smaller element
- Dealing with order values ranging from £5k - £100k depending on size and scope
- Inheriting a successful territory
- Will be required to conduct regular CPDs
- Will work closely with internal team and other members of the sales team
The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager Building Envelope Systems with:
- Must have construction field sales experience selling building products
- Ideally building envelope or roofing related background (not essential)
- Must have sold to merchants, distribution and stockists OR design & build contractors, authorities, housebuilders, main contractors, sub-contractors, civil contractors and specifiers (ideally both)
- Able to communicate at all levels from architects, merchants and contractors
- Must have genuine desire to learn and expand your career
- Numerate and IT literate ideally degree level education
- Genuine hunger, desire to achieve goals and an analytical approach
