Responsibilities
- Promote a comprehensive range of construction supplies such as building materials, cutting tools, access & lifting equipment, contractor tools, decorating, doors, tool accessories, etc.
- Develop and coach a team of 5 internal salespeople.
- Sell to tier 1 contractors, sub-contractors, construction companies and some distributors.
- Increase and contribute to the company turnover.
Qualifications
- People management experience in the construction industry.
- Experience selling to contractors.
- Highly organised, motivated and driven.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality.
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- IT literate.
