Responsibilities
- Technical field sales position selling a high-end quality manufactured range of architectural stone and precast concrete products.
- Generate specifications and sell via architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contractors, sub-contractors and installers.
- Deal with order values ranging from around £50k to £1m.
- Majority of projects will be based around the South East and East Midlands area.
Qualifications
- Construction sales experience dealing with similar products such as precast, architectural stone, facades, masonry support, landscaping products, concrete, heavy-side etc.
- Relationships with architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contractors, sub-contractors and installers.
- May consider a contractor rep with previous specification exposure.
