The role of the Quantity Surveyor Composite Building Products will involve:
- Quantity Surveyor role working on a range of projects utilizing a high quality range of GRP Composite and aluminium building products.
- Manage project costs from initial estimating and tender through to final accounts, ensuring projects remain commercially viable.
- Prepare and manage BOQs, tenders, valuations, cost reports and cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and cost variances.
- Administer contracts including NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC, managing variations, claims, disputes and contractual obligations.
- Work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams, providing commercial advice and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor project performance and deliver value engineering, supporting investment decisions and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Typical projects would include: infrastructure, developments, high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats/apartments.
