The role of the Project Manager
Bespoke Interiors will involve: Technical Project Manager position responsible for a range of bespoke interior and joinery projects (covering bathrooms, kitchens, storage, wardrobes etc.) for commercial, residential and hospitality sectors Regular site visits across the Central Belt to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth running of projects Reviewing drawings, specifications and project information to identify risks and requirements Grow and build relationships with sole traders and specialist contractors May be a requirement to take on additional tasks including operational & procurement duties Large potential to grow within the company, building alongside the management team Manage a range of projects with values from £25k
