The role will involve:
- National Sales Manager role selling a high quality range of bathing products.
- Player manager position, managing a small team of 2 sales professionals and potentially some sales agents.
- Will have your own revenue target (set tbc on experience).
- A large portion of your time will be spent selling to national & independent bathroom & retail showrooms and independent merchants.
- Inheriting a team turnover of £5m.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Field based sales experience in the KBB market sector.
- Experience selling into independent bathroom & retail showrooms.
- Contacts within the bathroom industry.
- People management experience or be in a senior sales role in the bathroom sector.
- Leadership qualities.
