The role of the Estimator Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
- Promoting the installation, maintenance and repair of flat roofing systems such as single ply, liquid applied, built-up felt, hot melt, and hard metal roofing systems.
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements.
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required.
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices.
- Producing formal quotations to clients.
- Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database.
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Estimating for projects ranging in value up to circa £1m.
