The role of the Designer Solar PV & Biomass Heating will involve:

  • Designer position working on a range of Commercial and Industrial Solar PV & Biomass heating projects
  • Based out of the Melton Mowbray office with requirement to visit on-going projects
  • Overseeing the production and coordination of HVAC/heating system designs.
  • Reviewing technical drawings, calculations and specifications.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, architects and project managers.
  • Ensuring designs comply with regulations, industry standards and client requirements.
  • Managing design programmes to support project delivery.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to design engineers.
  • Coordinating design changes and value engineering opportunities.
  • Supporting pre-construction, tender and project delivery teams.
