Based either in Newcastle or Merseyside (hybrid remote working offered). Would like you 45 minutes from either office; however, we do operate working from home.

Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000 + bonus tbc

The role of the Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment will involve:

  • Estimator position dealing with roofing & cladding refurbishment projects
  • Projects include: shopping centres, commercial buildings, university accommodation, industrial warehousing
  • Producing estimates for projects ranging from £5k – £2m+
  • Completion of detailed site surveys
  • Analysis of tender documentation, including technical documents to prepare estimates
  • Consulting with subcontractors and suppliers to discuss estimates and resolve issues and inquiries

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment with:

  • Estimating experience in the construction industry, ideally roofing & cladding experience (however not essential)
  • Extensive contacts within the industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
  • Confident and articulate
