The role of the Regional Sales Manager Rainscreen Facades will involve:
- Selling a high quality range of facades and wall solutions such as: rainscreen, EWI, building boards, facade systems and framing systems.
- Working on projects within the education, hospitals, hotels and student accommodation.
- All of your time will be spent selling to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users.
- Turnover target will be determined on area and experience.
- Dealing with order values ranging from around £3k - £150k+.
- Completing CPD presentations.
The ideal applicant will be:
- Must have sold building envelope systems or related.
- Ideally rainscreen facades.
- Must have sold to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users.
- Self-motivated and can do attitude.
- Strong communicator.
- IT literate.
