The role of the Production Manager – Bespoke Joinery will involve:
- Production Manager position overseeing the manufacturing and production for a variety of bespoke joinery projects across residential and commercial sectors.
- Plan and manage daily production, scheduling workloads, labour and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead the workshop team, allocating work, managing performance and supporting the development of joiners, apprentices and operatives.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring joinery is manufactured accurately to drawings, specifications and required standards.
- Manage materials and logistics, overseeing Goods In/Out, stock control, packing, storage and delivery planning.
- Work closely with management and project teams to resolve production issues, improve processes and ensure client deadlines are achieved.
- Managing large projects up to a value of £750k.
The ideal applicant will be a Production Manager – Bespoke Joinery with:
- Must have experience in a production management role, ideally within the joinery industry although would be open to someone with experience with interior fit-out, refurbishment, bespoke interior products or closely related.
- Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory experience ideally with technical knowledge of production.
