The role of the Showroom Manager - Natural Stone & Porcelain Flooring will involve:
- Showroom Manager role selling a range of luxury Floor & Wall Tiles, selling into residential & retail sectors including end users
- Manage, motivate and oversee two small sales teams & maintaining high presentation standards
- Conducting multiple 1-2-1 client appointments & building relationships
- Sending out quotations on the back of an appointment and following up appropriately
- Arranging deliveries and providing aftersales service
- Updating internal CRM systems with relevant information to keep records up to date
- Deal with the management of all aspects of the showroom
- Exceed all KPIs and targets set based off team performance and sales
The ideal applicant will be a Showroom Manager - Natural Stone & Porcelain Flooring with:
- Must have sales experience with selling floor/wall tiles or come from the interiors industry
- Must have people management experience, ideally proven growth of smaller teams
- Ideally will have experience with aesthetically pleasing interior products such as: wall & floor tiles, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, LVT, natural stone etc
- Excellent customer service
- High levels of organisation & excellent communication skills
- Honest, hardworking team player
