The role of the Sales Estimator Architectural Stonework will involve:

  • Sales Estimator position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving
  • Producing quotes & take offs from architectural drawings
  • Producing CAD designs / drawings relevant to the project
  • Manage the process from enquiry through to completion
  • Office based role with some requirement to visit customers, typically the home counties region
  • Liaising with architects, specifiers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and private end users
  • Reviewing drawings and gaining an understanding of projects/requirements
  • Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator Architectural Stonework with:

  • Must have experience within the building products sector, ideal to have a technical understanding of: stone, facade, lintels or a closely related product/system
  • Must have experience as one or more of the following: Designer, Architectural Technician, Sales Executive, Estimator, Draughtsman or closely related
  • Highly advantageous to have AutoCAD experience
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
