The role of the Contracts Manager Fenestration will involve:

  • Dealing with various commercial new-build window & fenestration projects across the South with a focus on Social Housing contracts.
  • Dairy can be varied with office and field based hours, covering the South.
  • Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements.
  • Managing procurement and material reconciliation to ensure best value and prevent delays.
  • Briefing and supporting site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual obligations.
  • Carrying out weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning.
  • Coordinating permanent and temporary staff in line with project and contractual needs.
  • Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager Fenestration with:

  • Contracts Management experience within the fenestration sector.
  • Highly advantageous to have social housing contracts management experience.
  • May be open to an experienced Contracts Manager within the building products sector.
  • Confidence in resolving any project related issues in a professional manner.
  • An outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Effective time management, leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
