The role of the Contracts Manager Fenestration will involve:
- Dealing with various commercial new-build window & fenestration projects across the South with a focus on Social Housing contracts.
- Dairy can be varied with office and field based hours, covering the South.
- Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements.
- Managing procurement and material reconciliation to ensure best value and prevent delays.
- Briefing and supporting site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual obligations.
- Carrying out weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning.
- Coordinating permanent and temporary staff in line with project and contractual needs.
- Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager Fenestration with:
