The role of the Internal Sales Executive Insulation & Dry-lining will involve:
- Internal Sales position, selling a manufactured range of Insulation & Dry-lining products
- Selling to dry lining contractors, sub-contractors and other construction customers across the building, fire protection and associated sectors
- 50% split across both new business and account management
- Liaising with and supporting the external sales team, helping them to generate new sales opportunities, increasing sales within their territory
- Processing orders & dealing with enquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Supporting branch sales targets by generating quotations, following up outstanding opportunities and converting enquiries into sales
- Carrying out admin responsibilities such as logging all relevant customer information on the internal CRM system
The ideal applicant will have:
- Sales experience within the construction sector
- Ideally come from a distributor or merchant background
- Experience within the insulation or dry-lining sector is preferred however not essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great relationship builder/account development skills
