Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000neg + uncapped commission (if both company & personal targets are met can be £21,000+)

\n The role of the Business Development Manager Flat Roof Insulation will involve:
\n
Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation
\n
70% of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers
\n
The remaining 30% will be spent selling to roofing main & sub-contractors and roofing distributors such as; Encon, Minster and SIG
\n
Inheriting a territory currently turning over £1.5m
\n
Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education etc
\n
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager Flat Roof Insulation with:

Must have field sales experience in the building envelope, waterproofing, flat roofing, insulation or facades sectors
\n
Ideally sold to flat roofing manufacturers however not essential
\n
IT literate
\n
