The role of the Field Safety Engineer – Façade Access Solutions will involve:

  • Field Safety Engineer position dealing with a range of façade access systems and fall protection systems
  • Carry out work of safety access systems across large scale development projects
  • Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, fault-finding, and repairs on Building Maintenance Units (BMUs)
  • Support the testing, initial inspection, and commissioning of façade access equipment
  • Complete service reports, timesheets, and technical documentation accurately and within required deadlines
  • Maintain the highest standards of health & safety

The ideal applicant will be a Field Safety Engineer – Façade Access Solutions with:

  • Must have field based experience working within an aligned industry such as façade access systems, fall protection, height safety, cranes, plant machinery, industrial electrical or related
  • Open to a trainee with experience within a site based construction background
  • Industry experience in roles such as Recertification Engineer, Test Engineer, Fall Protection Engineer, Installation Engineer, or Safety Technician is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance, and best practices
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to client sites
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
