The role of the Estimator in Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment will involve:
- Dealing with roofing & cladding refurbishment projects
- Projects include shopping centres, commercial buildings, university accommodation, and industrial warehousing
- Producing estimates for projects ranging from £5k - £2m+
- Completion of detailed site surveys
- Analysis of tender documentation, including technical documents to prepare estimates
- Consulting with subcontractors and suppliers to discuss estimates and resolve issues and inquiries
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator in Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment with:
- Estimating experience in the construction industry, ideally roofing & cladding experience (however not essential)
- Extensive contacts within the industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels
- Confident and articulate
