Remuneration: £40,000 – £55,000

The role of Estimator Interior Fit Out will involve:
Estimator position dealing with fit-out projects for the hospitality and leisure industries
Review, analyse and send out all tender packages to clients
Conducting take offs and pricing different elements of a tender including completing schedule of works or tender return document
Liaising with clients, architects & cost consultants
Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
Working closely with the client on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the tendering process
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
Working on projects ranging in value from £500k to £13m
Will be required to travel to site when required to attend project meetings (Nationwide)
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Interior Fit Out with
Must have estimating experience within the interior fit out market sector, ideally within the hospitality and leisure sector
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Resilient individual
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communicator written and verbally
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player who also works well individually
