The role of the Estimator / Project Coordinator Commercial Office Fit Out will involve:
Estimator/Project Coordinator position dealing with a range of commercial office fit out projects
Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
Taking details from drawings to produce first principle cost estimates / BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
Establish and maintain relationships with end user clients and suppliers
Will be required to support the Project Manager with raising POs, order plant and equipment, collating H&S documentation and any other project related duties
Working on projects ranging in value up to £1m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator / Project Coordinator Commercial Office Fit Out with
Must have estimating experience within the fit out or related market sector such as: shopfitting, refurbishment, design & build, joinery or FF&E
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player who also works well individually
