Job Title: Estimator Commercial Fit Out

Remuneration: £60,000 – £70,000 + profit related bonus

The role of Estimator Commercial Fit Out will involve:
Estimator position dealing with fit out projects for various sectors such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
Producing formal quotations to customers
Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
Working on projects ranging in value from £100k to circa £5m+
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Commercial Fit Out with:
Must have estimating experience within the fit out market sector
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player who also works well individually
