The role of the Field Technical Sales Expert – Fire Protection will involve:
- Selling a high quality range of fire dampers, smoke control systems, fire control panels and commissioning services
- Spending all of your time selling to M&E contractors & M&E consultants
- Working purely on commercial projects with project sizes ranging from £50k-£1m
- Liaising with customers on technical requirements and supporting where needed
- Working within a growing company meeting customers discussing technical requirements
- Preparing system designs, calculations, submittals, and bills of quantities
- Providing technical input for tenders, pricing, and value engineering
- Conducting site visits to resolve technical issues and support project execution
- Working closely with sales teams to close deals and achieve revenue targets
The ideal applicant will be a Field Technical Sales Expert – Fire Protection with:
- A background in passive fire protection/smoke control systems in a field, specification or technical sales role
- A strong technical understanding of passive fire products
- Experience selling to M&E contractors / M&E consultants
- Personable, hungry, self-motivated
- Well organised and good administration skills
