The role of the HSQE Manager - Timber Manufacturing will involve:
- SHEQ Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental and quality for on-site manufacturing.
- Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures as necessary for the business.
- Carry out risk assessments and support managers in carrying out risk assessments, including the development and implementation of safe systems of work.
- Carry out HSEQ audits, inspections and general monitoring across the business premises and processes, for offices, factories, yards.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards in a heavy production environment is important (ISO 14001 and ISO 9000).
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
