The role of the Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems
  • Focusing on and selling to social housing, local authorities and housing associations on both new build & refurbishment projects such as office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc.
  • Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1m-£1.5m
  • Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts
  • Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products with:

  • Must have sold to M&E consultants, M&E contractors OR social housing, local authorities and housing associations
  • Open in terms of what products you’ve sold
  • Would consider an M&E consultant / contractor rep
  • A team player who is highly organised
