The role of the Project Manager – Doors, Doorsets and Hardware will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with a manufactured range of high quality doorsets & architectural hardware
- Taking projects from the sales team through to delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on an appropriate timescale in line with customer expectations
- Deliver projects on budget ensuring costs are controlled across the process
- Build and develop relationships with architects and tier 1 contractors
- Deal with any other general admin and technical enquiries
- Dealing with project sizes values up to circa £1m
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Doors, Doorsets and Hardware with:
- Must have Project Manager, Contracts Manager or related experience within the construction industry
- Must have experience working with doors, doorsets, hardware & ironmongery
- Would consider a more junior or assistant project/contract manager looking to step up
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of attention to detail and organisation
- Full UK driving license
- Hungry, intelligent and humble
- Team player yet able to work autonomously
- Customer service orientated, technical, sociable personality
