The role of the Regional Sales Manager will involve:
- Regional Sales Manager position selling a high quality range of facades and wall solutions such as: rainscreen, EWI, building boards, facade systems and framing systems
- Working on projects within the education, hospitals, hotels and student accommodation
- All of your time will be spent selling to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users
- Turnover target will be determined on area and experience
- Dealing with order values ranging from around £3k - £150k+
- Completing CPD presentations
The ideal applicant will be:
- Must have sold building envelope systems or related
- Ideally rainscreen facades
- Must have sold to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users
- Self-motivated and ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong communicator
- IT literate
