The role of the Draughtsman Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
- Draughtsperson position providing dealing with the design, manufacture and installation of a range of industrial roofing and cladding systems
- Review and interpret technical drawings provided by clients
- Producing and developing comprehensive layout drawings and schedules for production and installation
- Liaising regularly with numerous internal departments to ensure smooth running of projects
- Carrying out site measurements, surveys and assessments of client requirements as required
- Ensuring that works are completed to the agreed timescale, meet the clients requirements and are in line with the initial quotation
The ideal applicant will be a Draughtsman Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
- Must have draughtsperson, draughtsman, detailer or design technician experience within the roofing and cladding market sector
- Must have AutoCAD experience
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Organised, team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
