The role of the Designer - Kitchens & Bathrooms will involve, but is not limited to:
- Kitchen Designer position, responsible for the design of a high-end range of kitchens and bathrooms for the residential sectors.
- Saturday working is required as part of a 5-day working week.
- Be the face of the showroom, advising customers on product ranges, materials and packages.
- Liaising with customers to gain a full understanding of their needs and requirements, using Winner Flex to design initial concepts.
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone and showroom visits, supporting and guiding the customer through the design and sales process.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
