- Estimator position dealing with a range of commercial painting & decorating projects.
- Lead end-to-end tendering process, including take-offs, pricing, submission, and handover.

- Manage and track tender opportunities within CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions.
- Engage with clients and contractors through site visits, technical input, and value engineering to support bids.
- Collaborate with internal teams, lead handovers, and mentor junior estimators to strengthen delivery and capability.
- Working on project sizes varying from £4k to £4m.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Estimating experience within one or more of the following: decorating and/or painting sectors.
- Preferably coming from a sub-contractor background with commercial project experience.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes, materials, and costs.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Full UK driving license.
