The role of the Estimator – Aluminium Windows & Doors will involve:
- Estimator role dealing with a high end manufactured range of aluminum windows and doors
- Lead the preparation of accurate quotations and cost estimates
- Manage the sales office, overseeing quotations, order processing, workflow and team performance.
- Coach and develop estimators and office staff to improve accuracy, productivity and customer service.
- Liaise with Sales, Production, Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, monitoring KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Aluminium Windows & Doors with:
- Must have estimating experience within construction
- Ideally have experience in a senior, team leader, leadership or managerial level
- Ideally have experience with aluminium windows, PVC windows, doorsets, fenestration or related
- Ideally have experience with Logikal
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and develop relationships
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
