The role of the Service Engineer Platform Lifts will involve:
- Field Service Engineer position covering London dealing with the diagnosis, service and maintenance of lifts and automatic platforms.
- Conducting fault finding, stripping down, and the repair of lifts and equipment.
- Liaising with the Team Leader to coordinate daily schedules, prioritise reactive call-outs, and ensure planned maintenance visits are completed efficiently.
- Responsible for working on a range of commercial and residential platform lift projects.
- Ensure all equipment is left in safe working order, restored in-line with safety standards.
- Submit detailed reports on the work carried out, findings and details of stock used.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Initial training will be provided to ensure knowledge of lift systems and processes.
The ideal applicant will be a Service Engineer Platform Lifts with:
- Must have 2+ years Engineering experience within the M&E / Construction industry.
- Must have experience dealing with lifts, automatic electrical systems, platforms, electrical panels, security / monitoring systems or automatic doors / entrance systems.
- Ideally an NVQ level 2 or a related qualification.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office).
- Full UK driving license.
- Motivated, highly organised, team player.
