Location: Remote (site visits projects as required)
Area to be covered: Typical projects situated within M25
Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000

The role of Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers will involve:
· Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of fire sprinkler projects
· Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims, and programme considerations
· Liaising with installation team and the office to ensure each project is successfully running
· Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope
· Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors
Working on projects varying in size from £20k to £500k
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers with:
· Must have Quantity Surveying experience within fire sprinklers
· Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
· Strong ability to work independently
· Highly organised with good attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
· Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
· Full UK driving license
