The role of the Contract Sales Manager will involve:

  • Contract Sales Manager position selling a high quality range of bathroom products such as sanitaryware, brassware, shower trays, bathroom areas, taps, mixers and bathroom furniture.
  • 40% of your time will be spent selling to regional housebuilders & regional developers.
  • 40% selling to / getting specified with architects & interior designers.
  • 20% dealing with national & independent plumbers merchants such as Wolseley, Neville Lumb, UKPS, Grahams, Travis Perkins, CP Hart, West One, Premier Contracts.
  • Will develop a circa £10m pipeline.
  • Will be expected to turnover circa £2m - £3m.

The ideal applicant will be:

  • Must have field sales experience in the bathroom or interiors sector.
  • Must have sold to either regional housebuilders & developers OR architects & interiors designers (ideally both).
  • Ideally experience dealing with national & independent merchants.
  • A team-ethos, willing to work with the team to reward the company, team-members as well as yourself.
  • A self-motivated individual who is hungry to run the patch as their own business but liaise with colleagues for leads and potential growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience of business development and relationship building.
  • Someone who can influence stakeholders to get sales over the line.
