Remuneration: £50,000 - £58,000 + 25% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager Plumbing & Heating Products to FM companies will involve:

  • Area Sales Manager position selling a range of plumbing and heating products
  • All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies
  • Working on projects such as hospitals, hotels, care homes, office spaces, retail parks, leisure parks, datacentres
  • Turnover target circa £5m
  • Will have new business target however will predominately be an account management position

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Plumbing & Heating Products to FM companies with:

  • Must have plumbing & heating, mechanical engineering or building services product experience
  • Must have sold facilities management companies
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
