The predicted salary is between 38000 - 45000 £ per year.
The role of the Designer Kitchens & Bathrooms will involve but not limited to:
- Kitchen Designer position, responsible for the design of a high end-range of kitchens & bathrooms for the residential sectors.
- Saturday working is required as part of a 5-day working week.
- Be the face of the showroom, advising customers on product ranges, materials and packages.
- Liaising with the customers to gain a full understanding of their needs and requirements, using Winner Flex design initial concepts.
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone and showroom visits, supporting and guiding the customer through the design and sales process.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
- Chasing and following up on designs to convert the sale.
- Responding to customer queries efficiently and in a professional manner.
The ideal applicant will be a Designer Kitchens & Bathrooms with:
- Must have experience with Winner Design / Winner Flex (Compusoft software).
- Highly advantageous to have sales / procurement experience alongside Design experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building qualities.
- Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills.
- Wants to grow and progress within the business.
- Sales driven and target orientated.
- Self-motivated, flexible, ambitious, proactive and positive.
