Remuneration: £50,000 - £52,000 + £10,000 - £12,000 bonus

The role of the Quantity Surveyor Composite Building Productswill involve:
- Quantity Surveyor role working on a range of projects utilizing a high quality range of GRP Composite and aluminium building products
- Manage project costs from initial estimating and tender through to final accounts, ensuring projects remain commercially viable
- Prepare and manage BOQs, tenders, valuations, cost reports and cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and cost variances
- Administer contracts including NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC, managing variations, claims, disputes and contractual obligations
- Work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams, providing commercial advice and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Monitor project performance and deliver value engineering, supporting investment decisions and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Typical project would include: infrastructure, developments, high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor Composite Building Productswith:
- Must have extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
- Understanding of NEC, JCT or FIDIC contract types
- Ideally have experience within large scale infrastructure projects
- Project led with an ability to think laterally
- Strong attention to detail
