The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Construction will involve:

  • Quantity Surveyor positions dealing with a wide range of large scale commercial and residential projects
  • Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.
  • Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
  • Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.
  • Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Construction experience with:

  • Must have Quantity Surveyor experience within the construction industry
