Role Overview:

  • The role of the Area Sales Manager - Plumbing & Heating Products to FM companies will involve:
  • Area Sales Manager position selling a range of plumbing and heating products
  • All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies
  • Working on projects such as: hospitals, hotels, care homes, office spaces, retail parks, leisure parks, datacentres
  • Turnover target circa £5m
  • Will have new business target however will predominately be an account management position

Qualifications:

  • Must have plumbing & heating, mechanical engineering or building services product experience
  • Must have sold to facilities management companies
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, driven and ambitious
