The role of the Area Sales Manager - Plumbing & Heating Products to FM companies will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position selling a range of plumbing and heating products
- All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies
- Working on projects such as hospitals, hotels, care homes, office spaces, retail parks, leisure parks, datacentres
- Turnover target circa £5m
- Will have new business target however will predominately be an account management position
Qualifications
- Must have plumbing & heating, mechanical engineering or building services product experience
- Must have sold to facilities management companies
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated, confident, driven and ambitious
