Remuneration: £45,000 – £50,000 + bonus giving OTE circa £80,000

The role of the Business Development Manager – Passive Fire Protection will involve:

* Business Development Manager role promoting a range of passive fire protection services such as: fire doors, fire-rated glazing, fire curtains and cavity barriers, fire stopping and penetration sealing, fire compartmentation, fire and smoke damper testing and maintenance, ventilation and ductwork cleaning

* Selling into tier 1 & tier 2 contractors, housebuilders, property managers and area managers within property & facility management companies, and other construction companies

* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive business growth

* Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers

* Managing circa 250 customers

* Targeted with turning over £2m per annum

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Passive Fire Protection with:

* Must have a proven sales track record in passive fire protection, fire safety or related construction services

* Ideally will have sold to contractors; main contractors, housebuilder developers, facilities & property management or other construction contractors

* Must be experienced in similar technical solutions

* Hungry for new business with a consultative approach
