The role of the Business Development Manager Ground Shoring will involve:
- Field sales position heading up all major groundshoring projects in the Midlands/North
- Acting as the product champion whilst supporting a team of groundshoring area sales managers (circa 5-7) handing over projects to them once they become more transactional
- Focus on selling into and managing key relationships within the tier one and tier two main contractors
- Selling predominantly the hire (but also the sale) of ground shoring products including: trench boxes, manhole boxes, manhole braces, pipe lifter, struts 3m
- Responsible for awareness training
