The role of the Sales Estimator β Access Control & Site Management will involve:
- Sales Estimator position, driving new business for a high quality range of Access Control, Site Management, CCTV, Site Monitoring and further related products & systems
- Selling to Tier-1 & Tier-2 contractors, house builders and into the general construction industry
- Prepare and provide detailed cost estimates, ensuring all labour, material, subcontractor and project-related costs are accurately assessed and accounted for.
- New business focus, cold calling on prospective customers
- Work closely with the Director, providing regular updates and support across key projects and business activities
- Generating new leads and sales opportunities
- Building and developing relationships with new customers
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator β Access Control & Site Management with:
- Must have either Sales or Estimating experience, advantageous to have both
- Ideally experienced within access control or site management, although candidates from manufacturing, fire protection or other technical/related product backgrounds will be considered.
- Highly beneficial to have experience selling to Tier-1 contractors
- Must have strong cold outreach sales experience
- Driven individual with a get up and go attitude
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong people skills, confident and articulate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
