Office Based: Swindon (Remote working available)

The role of the Project Manager Fire & Security will involve:
- Project Manager position promoting a high quality range of fire & security systems (monitoring, CCTV, alarms, access control, fire suppression systems)
- Visit sites across the South East & South West (diary dependent) to ensure successful ongoing delivery of projects
- Planning projects and ensuring they are programmed to a high level of detail
- Ensuring procurement and reconciliation of materials is carried out to deliver best value and to prevent delays
- Ensure site management team are briefed properly to fulfil the project
- Carry out weekly reviews of progress, budget, resources and forward planning
- Ensure timely management of both temporary and permanent staff to meet the requirements of each project
- Maintaining and managing construction sites and subcontractors, ensuring all subcontractors follow the companies procedures and processes
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Fire & Security with:
- Must have Project Management experience within the Fire and Security sector
- May be open to a Project Manager that has only Fire sector experience
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
