The role of the Installations Manager – Fire Stopping will involve: ·
Installations Manager position dealing with the installation, inspection and technical assurance of fire-rated sealing barriers ·
Overseeing a team delivering the installation of passive fire protection systems, including fire stopping, cable transits and service penetration seals ·
Ensuring all installations comply with project specifications, fire safety regulations and third-party certification requirements ·
Coordinating labour, materials, site programmes and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget ·
Maintaining site safety, RAMS, quality inspections and installation records, ensuring all works meet required standards The ideal applicant will be Installations Manager – Fire Stopping with: ·
Must have experience as an Installations Manager or Site Manager or Project Manager within construction ·
Ideally will have experience dealing with passive fire systems such as, fire doors, fire barriers, intumescent coatings, fire rated compounds ·
At least a CSCS blue card ·
Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team ·
IT literate (Microsoft Office) ·
Effective time management and organisational skills ·
